General Appearance: Nagamasa has a angry look most of the time when its needed ,but when he is happy or normal his look changes that of a merstrious person. His hair was originally silver ,but he tried dyeing his hair to a red color which had eventually set with each other and became perminate over the years.Nagamasa style is classy , but not too classy because in his past years fights came naturally so he dresses to impress and to fight as well. Nagamasa style is to give the impression that he is tough but doesn't need to look it.

Personality: Naga was angry with the world and still is. Him being an ex assasin and ex anbu ,now being a murderer, he obtain the enjoyment of fighting as well as taunting weaknesses he finds. Naga is a very cocky person as well as trying to get under peoples skin. Naga is have chaos in rage within his mind but he seems normal by eye and even by voice.

~Bio~

Naga's life changed ever since he killed his first victim. When Naga was a young child he would sneak out of his room and spy on the older ninja's training. He was fascinated how there swordsmenship and jutsu training can bring out so much power, so everyday he would skip his normal school classes and tried copying the hand signs , techniques , and meditations from the eliet jounin. Wasn't long before that he unlocked his true potential at a young age. When he was old enough to go to the academy he ecelled the other students and moved to genin 3 weeks later. That is where his life changed drastically. The Genin exams was Nagas time to shine and prove that he is the strongest nin out there. His 1st battle was his last in that village...When fighting the other genin Naga was disqualified because he used a jounin jutsu and massacerd the genin before him. Naga was classified and tried as a class-C murderer cause he continued to fight when they disqualified him as soon as they saw the jutsu's handsigns.

Naga went to his house running away from the jounin as his parents secretly turned him in. Naga being bestrayed and feeling anger he let loose an onslaught killing his parents and the surrounding jounin. He ran away to a distint country that was in war with rouges. Naga thought he'd be safe there that in the comotion of war they would never intrude. Nagamasa, badly ingured, nearly made it to the gates when he collapsed and was taken as a prisoner of war by the rouges. Naga spent 10 years in a dark cell , getting tortured and training himself slowly.Naga was just so young when he was captured so his eyes adapted to the darkness ad before that his smell and haering was enhanced.Naga also spent endless nights feeling only the wind hit his face and see the lightning and thunder outside his jail cell. Naga seemed to be in a rain district though he never got wet with in his cell he could feel the wind and see the lightning. Naga wanted revenge , he wanted freedom, he needed blood in his hands. This hate gave Naga an electric shock within his fingers and Naga gained a plan on escapeing with his new found element.

As soon as the gaurd left he used his Lightning manipulation to rot the lock on his chains as he began training himself the art of weapon combat, scilentness and Lightning, wind manipulation. Naga endured torture making him stronger , and he trined himself endlessly and then....the day came..The gaurds came to do there daily torure to Nagamasa but this time Naga had the edge.The gaurds came into the room and saw Naga chained up as normal. The gaurds saw Nagamasa look up smileing and they new... As they looked into his cold blooded eyes and saw there own damnation they knew they were goners. Naga broke up the chains and used them used his wind elemet to hold up the pieces of the swords as he eradicated the gaurds before him, jetting out the room knocking out all the lights creating eternal darkness as his edge against the nins...Since that day Nagamasa was unstopable and has been a kage before destroying his own village for being "pitiful" becoming a S-class murderer. Naga is a ruthless killer and will kill anyone not just for the money but for enjoy ment as he burned his own village to the ground for there weakness , he could only care less.

Name: Chakra Scalpel

It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. By sending an excess amount of chakra into the patient's body, the user can overload the patient's normal circulation, trapping them in a comatose state.

Description: The justu creates a clone that can looks like the user in everyway.Normal clones would poof when dealed with,but the clone implodes where they were struck and cause a minor wind current about a foot away from them.(The wind current are similar to swords strikes.)

A highly advanced sealing technique that is capable of absorbing any chakra, regardless of any special or nature transformation, and dispersing it within one's body by spinning the chakra within one's body in the opposite direction. As a result, this technique can absorb any ninjutsu technique, regardless of power, without harming the user. The User can only hold One technique at a time and can use it against the enemy. (Power of the jutsu is based on how much chakra the user uses to activate the seal. The user cannot keep the technique very long because it doesn't coincide with the users element. Thus the proper definition to this tech will be absorb , supply technique with chakra and redirect the attack more powerfully)

The armor also increases his defense, drastically reducing, if not completely negating, damage from incoming attacks as even a direct Chidori was barely able to pierce .

This is recomended with use of lighting armor. The user uses them self as a ground for a large thunder attack from nature itself. When used with lighting armor the armor becomes stronger and the user quicker and powerful then ever.

This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching.

Last wolf is the leading wolf and it contains both elements with anhancemences( Quick as lightning, powerful as Wind, and extremly cunning )

Description: The beats of the hearts of all the wolves and the user merge together allowing the user to transfer bodies with the wolves as long as the beat doesn't change. This requires a focus to master this technique.

Enough criticsm. I like the whole concept of your character. You have an original personallity, and the whole structure of your jutsus are well thought. I like the way how your seal and lightning jutsus completes itself.

Reply: Its a natural justu Orichimaru used it, kurenai, sakura and other without taking damage.

Reply: Again not shadow clones, the life manipulation art give the clone human properties.

Example: They can bleed and die. How? The Curse seal manipulates the clones body to make it more human.

Reply: No it states that it takes alot out of me and that it can harm my body if i absorb it for a long period.

Reply: I see no reason to. It says my defence lowers alot through time and its used in naruto by multiple people. Its considered a lightning release art. Thus not harming the user.

-Lightning release: Attack of rageing gods -> same thing with the armor O.o mediacally, your body wouldn't be able to survive without damage...

Reply: Thats like saying If you have a fire amor and someone spits fire at you it will kill you.This isn't real life its naruto and the lightning armor absorbs it to recharge power once to regain from the side affects.

Personally you can take out that justu i got 4 justu scrolls with seals on em that do the same thing

This technique also has an offensive use. Should the user get close enough to grab the opponent, the barrier can absorb chakra right out of an individual's body, effectively draining them (a la the Chakra Absorption Technique).
