Name of the Event: Rosuto Suzume!
Description: There is a rumored uprising, only a few have heard of it. Suzume Mahoutsukai, increasing in agressiveness in hostility, has an unknown reason for making this one-person organization to assassinate all the kages and leave all the villages without a leader.
The first attack is eminent... soon... and it will go on for as long as the leader is alive...

People allowed to RP in it: Suzume Mahoutsukai, Village Kages, Rosuto Suzume allies, and Kage allies
Arc Begin: After Suzume announces the uprising and a bounty is put up for her capture.
Arc Location: All villages, chosen at random
Arc End: Either when the kages die, when Suzume dies or gets captured, or when Suzume gives up
Required to enter: Be willing to protect the kage or ally with the Rosuto Suzume
Exp or momentary gain: Either overthrowing the villages and getting property or defeating Suzume and gaining bounty.
