This room is on the floor right below the Kage's office. It is here that the Kage or someone appointed by the Kage gives out missions to the decided teams. It has three desks for the people incharge of assignments. This room is only for Squads fresh out of the Academy, this just makes it easier to get things moving for them.
The assignments given in this room can include rescue, escort, delivery, bounty hunting, recovery of property, assassinations, and even vacations. (One can only hope you're good enough to get a vacation. ^^)
