This is where ninjas are sworn in as a Kumo Shinobi. They are given the usual supplies and issued their actual teammates here as well. It isn't used very much, but it is well decorated with draperies and pictures of past kages and ninja. This room holds a lot of wonder and summons immense respect from all who enter.

Ayame would walk up and set a scroll paper down that reads in large letters
ATTENTION ALL NINJAS Ayame Miyuki is looking for ninjas to train under her. She has only three spots so.... If you wanna be train by her, then requested to the kage of the village and you might just get to be train by her!
Then she would walk away and fade away as she was on another mission at the time as well.
